Land and Housing Scheme

UPNMG's Housing and Land Scheme is designed to ease the accommodation burden on members by providing opportunities to own homes and acquire affordable land. UPNMG has already acquired lands in various locations across the country, including the Upper West, Northern, Brong Ahafo, Volta, and Savanna Regions, which are available to members through flexible payment plans. Plans are underway to expand this initiative to other regions to increase accessibility for all members. UPNMG also plans to establish 'UPNMG Cities,' exclusive communities where members can acquire plots of land and build homes. These cities are envisioned to develop into vibrant neighborhoods fully owned by nurses and midwives The scheme also supports members in starting housing projects at their preferred locations, ensuring flexibility and personalized solutions. This comprehensive approach aims to foster security, community, and pride in homeownership for all UPNMG members.
