In addition to the comprehensive insurance coverage provided to members, UPNMG has established a dedicated Health Fund to address the health needs of its members in times of critical need. This fund is specifically allocated to support members who sustain injuries through workplace accidents or contract illnesses while performing their duties as nurses or midwives. It serves as a financial safety net, ensuring that no member is left without the necessary medical care due to financial constraints. As the fund grows, UPNMG plans to expand its scope to include coverage for high-cost medical procedures such as dialysis, organ transplants, cancer treatments, and other specialized healthcare services This initiative will significantly reduce the financial burden of accessing advanced medical care, which is often prohibitively expensive. This initiative underscores UPNMG’s dedication to safeguarding the health and well-being of its members, empowering them to continue delivering quality healthcare services with confidence and peace of mind.
