UPNMG is dedicated to enhancing the welfare of nurses and midwives across the country by prioritizing better conditions of service. To achieve this, UPNMG will actively engage in proper collaborations with the holder of the Collective Bargaining Certificate (CBC) and other nursing and midwifery unions. By fostering strong partnerships, UPNMG aims to ensure that critical issues such as improved salaries, allowances, and working conditions are effectively addressed for all nurses and midwives nationwide. These collaborations will create a unified front, amplifying the voice of nurses and midwives during negotiations and policy discussions. . Drawing on the collective experience and strategies of other unions, UPNMG will explore all legitimate avenues to secure fair and sustainable conditions of service, ensuring that the professional and economic needs of nurses and midwives are met with utmost priority.
